The maximum number in group lessons is 4, giving students the best combination of personal attention from their teacher and a social, interactive learning environment
Individual and duo lessons are also available on most instruments
Our lessons are very hands on and incorporate lots of fun and stimulating musical activities
Students progress at their own pace and the program is tailored to meet individual needs
Children love playing songs together so we also provide opportunity to learn group songs where each students learns a different part appropriate to their skill level
We always do a big end of year concert for parents and students and other performance opportunities exist throughout the year
Students are able to prepare for official music exams but this is generally only recommended for those who have reached a certain proficiency on their instrument
Kids on Key has an annual talent quest which is open to all Kids on Key music students
